Fourth of July Scrapbooking Supplies

For years I had an odd hobby: collecting the cutest scrapbooking supplies and organizing them carefully in a drawer. This is not the best use of resources. So, I made the sacrifice to give up scrapbooking altogether. I prefer to use my money for jewelry (buying and wearing, not making).

Still, scrapbooking is huge. And my kids love it. But it is not an inexpensive hobby. If you're going to invest in the supplies, do it right. Start by doing your research. My favorite scrapbookers are my good friends Lisa Bearnson and Annette Mortensen. But there are about a million others out there. Find an experienced scrapbooker whose style fits you and do some reading before you start laying out the cash.
